At I Prefer Craft Coffee, I pride myself in delivering the freshest roasted-to-order coffee to our customers. I stand by my commitment to providing an exceptional coffee experience through our Peak Freshness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the insane freshness of your coffee order, I will replace it with a new one.
Quality Assurance:
All of our coffee is graded at the excellent level by professional Q-Graders, which are formally trained by the Specialty Coffee Association to grade specialty coffees. I ensure that each bean is carefully sourced from its country of origin, and I roast them to perfection to bring out their unique flavors and aromas. I am dedicated to providing our customers with the best tasting coffee possible.
Replacement Process:
In the rare case that you are not satisfied with the freshness of your coffee order, please reach out to me (Andrew) within three days of receiving your order. I will promptly process your request and ship you a new order at no extra cost to you.
