You're simple, unique, and proper. Drink from a glass that matches your style!
(This IPA was consumed several weeks ago.)
Appearance:
Aslin's double dry-hopped Neutrino IPA poured a hazy yellow color and sported a thin white head.
Nose:
The hazy IPA is dominated by a tidal wave of freshly sliced pineapple that complements the subtle mango and citrus aromas.
Palate:
Aslin Beer Company's DDH Neutrino is a smooth and medium-bodied IPA full of hop flavor, which complements the peachy yeast strain very well. The flavor profile explodes with tropical, citrus, and stone fruit flavors. Specifically, we detected pineapple, mango, peach, grapefruit and citrus rind on the palate.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, DDH Neutrino is one of our favorite India Pale Ales from Aslin Beer Company. Double dry-hopped Neutrino is a fragrant and flavorful IPA that showcases the galaxy hops perfectly. We definitely suggest trying it!
We frequent Aslin Beer Company on a weekly basis for their highly sought after cans of IPA. Aslin typically releases several craft beers on Thursdays at 3:00 pm; however, Aslin occasionally has Saturday can releases, too. Unfortunately, Aslin does not have a taproom, but they are in the process of building a new facility that will accommodate plenty of thirsty local beer drinkers.
We recommend visiting this fantastic craft brewery for their limited release craft beer cans, or a fresh growler of their hazy IPA or double IPA.
Our Recommendations:
Aslin Beer Company:
DDH Neutrino (IPA), Double Orange Starfish (DIPA), Stellar Parallax (DIPA), How Now Brown Cow (Stout Beer), and Astro Zombie (IPA).
